Initiated and led the acquisition of a national license by EBE Data Services Limited from the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) for the private sector engagement in the digital biometric capturing of Nigerians towards the issuance of National Identity Number (NIN) to all Nigerian citizens.

Led Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc towards listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), acquisition of a national operating license and the first Mobile Payment license by any microfinance bank in West Africa - 2012

Co-led GENESIS in structuring, developing and executing the pioneering 84MW dedicated electric power supply to the Port Harcourt Refinery Complex (the largest Refinery in Sub-Sahara Africa), on the back of a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) executed with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). The electricity capacity charge tariff to the Port Harcourt Refinery as designed by GENESIS is arguably one of lowest commercial tariff in Nigeria, at significantly lower than the tariff approved by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission ‘’NERC’’ and charged by the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company Plc.

Co-led GENESIS to a 360MW Concession Agreement with the Benin Republic, on the back of which 40MW Power Purchase Agreement “PPA” with the country’s National Utility Company is now approved for immediate implementation on Combined Cycle

Coordinated Reltel Wireless Limited multi-billion-naira technology project for the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) development and implementation of the global leased network in the 774 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Nigeria, for transmission of electoral results in the 2007 National general elections.

Provided strategic relationship management in Pentagon Petroleum Limited’s partnership with First Axis Oil & Gas, Carmac and Oando Nigeria Plc at the 2005 Bidding Round for the Deep Offshore Allocation. The deal led to a successful bid and acquisition of the Block 278 Deep Offshore Allocation by the consortium in 2005.

Developed, facilitated and participated in Reltel Telecoms Limited’s (Zoom Mobile) $10million partnership deal with Huawei Technologies Limited for the delivery of technology solutions based on CDMA 1X standard in 2004.
